Nice and flamey body and neck, active electronics with two Bartolini pickups. Plays great, new strings, and no issues except that the volume doesn't go down to silent, it gets almost totally silent but not completely. It has a couple marks shown in the photos, nothing serious. Comes with owner manual with adjustment tools including the wooden handled truss wrench ($35 from Pedulla after shipping). Oh, and it's from 1994.
