Someone buy the hell outta this bass, I have played it, and I'll tell ya it not only looks a billion times better in person, but it plays as good as anything on the market. Including fodera carl thompson alembic etc.... I would put it up against any of those basses any day, and I would take the hilton bass over any of those basses without hesitation. Hilton basses are some of the best basses made in today's day and age. They are light as a feather with a monster tone! And not to mention absolutly beautiful to look at. |

What does the instrument weigh? Is that a Kent Armstrong handwound pickup hiding under a bloodwood cover? |

| | | | Bump for a sweet, sweet bass ... and she used to mine! I was the original owner, and there are days even now when I regret letting her go. Pete's work is just fantastic - I've written at length about his basses in these forums. And you can't go wrong with this bass if you're in the market for a light, comfortable, fretless 5-er. She's a beauty! |
