PRICE DROP REPOST! KILLER Spector 5 (DLX) - MUST SEE PICS (Stunning)!

Sign in to disble this ad
Well I just bought a Modulus AND I was just called by my luthier to tell me that my Sabre is ready to be picked up from servicing (full refret, PLEK, etc). So I need some cashola to pay for this stuff.

Not getting much love with the old price, so I'll drop it down. This bass is a groove machine and I've never seen a prettier Zebra wood top!

Bass is DEAD MINT! Not a scratch. As new. Never gigged. Stunning top. Pretty light too. Plays great. Comes with original Spector bag. No issues.

Spector ReBop 5 DLX EX 5 String Bass (Zebrawood Top)

A highly figured Zebrawood top is paired with a solid European Alder body, making the Spector ReBop5DLX EX a visually striking 5-string bass. Equipped with passive EMG-HZ USA pickups and the Spector Active TonePump™ Circuit. TonePump active tone controls feature boost only EQ controls, and have an internal voltage doubler so one 9v battery operates them at 18v! A graphite-reinforced, 3-piece Rock Maple neck is the foundation for a 24-fret Rosewood fingerboard with distinct Spector Crown Pearl inlays. The ReBop5DLX EX has the same legendary, 5-bolt, deep inset neck pocket as the U.S.A. Bolt-On Series. Additional features include deluxe tuning machines, cast aluminum bridge and black hardware. Case not included.

* Solid European Alder body with a highly figured Zebrawood top.
* Passive EMG-HZ USA EMG pickups with Spector Active TonePump™ Circuit.
* Graphite-reinforced, 3-piece Rock Maple neck.
* 24-fret Rosewood fingerboard.
* Distinct Spector Crown Pearl inlays.
* 5-bolt, deep inset neck pocket.
* Deluxe sealed tuning machines.
* Special Spector cast aluminum bridge.
* Black hardware.

Price drop to just $899!

Seriously!!?!?!?

Another awesome, sexy, sub-$1k bass that I'd be all over and I have nothing but a trade!

Sweet piece, dude. Wish you a swift sale (so it doesn't taunt me!)

Beautiful bass at an equally beautiful price. Would that it were fretless.

I could not agree more (yeah, sure I'm biased). But it's even prettier than the one that Spector has in the promo shot of these. The grain on this one is unusual and spectacular IMHO!

Spacing at bridge appears to be between 17mm - 18mm at the bridge. Action is medium low to lowish right now. Great player, no issues.

Spector

Any interest in a MIA Fender Jazz V Standard in Oly White with a Rosewood board in excellent shape?
