SOLD!! Due to a bubble in my cash flow I am doing the unthinkable and selling my beloved Sad P-Bass (a few possible trades plus cash will be considered as discussed below). This bubble should only last a couple of months, and thus I could survive it without selling, but it would be painful. So, I have decided to float her out there and if I can get close to my asking price, I will let her go and order another one just like her later in the year. If not, I'll suffer through and keep her.
This is by far the best P-Bass aesethetically, playability-wise, fit and finish and tonally that I have ever had the pleasure of playing. The only thing that makes this doable for me is knowing that I can order another one from Roger once things pick up for me again and it will no doubt be equally awesome, albeit at a premium when considering the loss I will take on this one.

COMMENTS: Picked up a smaill blem in the showroom (see photo). Price reduced $100.
This bass is virtually in the same condition as when I purchased it. The blem is so tiny and fine that it really takes some looking to find it.
The tone can range from old-school thump with the VTC rolled on, to a slightly modern cutting P-Bass bark with VTC all the way off. The FB is beautiful and the set-up is low and fast with no buzz. She has Sadowsky nickel strings and will come with the Sadowsky case, case candy, and Sadowsky strap with straplocks installed.
I'll post more pics later of the back and neck.
Given that I am not in a super hurry, I would prefer to get a cashiers check or money order, however, PayPal is a possibility. I would consider a trade plus cash for a few possible basses. I would consider a Lakland Skyline Glaub, 55-02 or possibly a Skyline Hollowbody.
Let me know if you have any questions.
