PRICE REDUCED $599 SURF GREEN JAZZ BASS W/BLOCKS AND BINDING & SADOWSKY SINGLE COILS

Sign in to disble this ad
***I hate Ebay and will never use them again...they cancelled my ad without notice...and even after admitting that I was right...just told me "tough luck"...their customer service is HANDS DOWN the worst I have ever dealt with, and even though I never raised my voice and was nice, but simply told the supervisor I wasn't happy...he actually HUNG UP ON ME! I have never in my 37 years had anyone in customer service do that...wow! So I am listing this again with a big price drop...sheesh!! I am trying to sell this to pay off my knee surgery. This is a BEAST and I REALLY hate to let this bass go (but just can't find anything else to sell...errr!)***

This is a top of the line Warmoth body (I think it's alder but not 100% certain) & neck + Sadowsky single coil pickups. It is a classic style Cshape, 21 fret, Jazz Bass neck with a Telecaster style head. It is a maple neck (clear gloss finish) with a rosewood fret board and cream binding and pearloid inlay. It has a fender jazz decal and Fender plate. The hardware is Schaller and it is a SICK surf green.*** I am also adding (see in pics ) a tort gaurd as a bonus***. I would give her a 9 out of 10 on condition. It has a small ding on the back and a few nicks on the head stock (also see in pics)...and that's about it. The bass has low action and is a passive monster. If I didn't have two vintage Fender Jazzes...this would be staying at my house...it easily plays and sounds like basses two to three times what I am asking (and I don't say this lightly). ***It will come with a brand new hardshell case***. Don't sleep on this guys...trust me...YOU COULDN'T EVEN BUY THE PARTS FOR THIS AMOUNT ;-)

PRICE REDUCED!! $549 Shipped & Paypal accepted.

If I weren't in the middle of building a Warmoth right now, I'd jump. Nice bass - I like the tele headstock better than the J/P "sailfin" style.

If it had a slim profile neck (not C shape), i'd be all over it.

Shes a beauty for sure! Not quite my color or I'd pull the trigger....

Bump for a killer bass at a great price!

I've decided if this is still available when I'm back from South America, I will buy it.

Trust me, at another time and place... Like less than a year ago, this lovely would be in my living room right now. It's not your price, it's the economy. Hang in there!

It doesn't neck dive...and I have tried to weigh it, but my digital scales won't register. My best guess is 9.5...thanks!

Thank GOD. I was about to crack under the pressure. The ONLY thing that kept this out of my mits was the tele headstock.

Feel the same way, but I was still considering it.

I love the tele headstock and I've been killing to get a bass in the surf green/seafoam green/daphne blue spectrum for awhile now. The blocks, binding, guard, and HSC made me crack.
