a few pictures there..
this bass is honestly the best sounding six-string ive ever played that was reasonably priced...but now that i own one thats not so reasonably priced

its time to let it go.
its also really comftorble to play, due to the 34" scale, and incredibly light weight- its less than 9 pounds on my bathroom scale.
i bought it on ebay about a year and a half ago. it was my main gigging bass since then.. 34" scale, B string sounds fine. as far as i could tell (due to the locking schaller tuners, 2 band eq, and wilkenson bridge..) this bass is from 1992. definately early-mid 90's. for a bass of those years, its in fine condition.. but its definitely a little dinged up, some scratches on the bottom of the body.. nothing that bad, really. your usual "main axe" wear and tear. theres a small piece of paper under one of the bridge saddles (not under the string, its between the metal saddle and the bottom plate of the bridge) because there was an acoustic buzzing noise from the metal screw and the bottom of the bridge rubbing together. its got an allen key in the bridge to hold down the bottom 2-3 strings, to put more pressure on the bridge. (see pictures. easily removable, but i recommend leaving it.) what else...its purple, as i stated.. gold hardware.. i replaced the output jack fairly recently, and its got an engraved truss rod cover that reads "skeeter." comes with original carvin hardshell case, fairly beat up, serves its purpose, missing one of the feet on the side.
if theres anything i left out, ask away.
as far as trades go- i dont need amps, i dont need cabs, and the only basses i'd consider is either a 4 or 6 string hollowbody..and even that, i probably wont go for.. some pedals i might go for..
i accept paypal, but prefer USPS money orders..
price shipped in the continental US is $500
