This one really hurts me. 1st year taxes for starting my own company came in way higher than I expected, now I have to face the music (so to speak). I bought this bass a couple of months back, as the companion to my SC5 also by Ray. This bass is a slam dunk in terms of quality, tone playability, really everything. I have a couple of other basses for sale on this forum as well as locally, and am hoping they sell before this does.
Specs of this fine instrument:
- 6-string 18mm spacing
- Single cut design
- 5-Piece Neck W/ Rosewood fingerboard
- Solid Ash body W/ Zebrawood pickguard
- Hipshot hardware
- Custom made Reed James humbuckers W/ wood covers
- Bartolini 5.4 5-knob (Vol, Vol, 3 Band EQ W/ Mid Freq push/pull & passive/active switch)
- 34" Scale
- 2.125' Nut Width

Cash is the only thing that will solve my current problem, no trades at this time please. I am selling for exactly what I paid for it, $2100.
One thing I should disclose is that one of the volume pots was scratchy and has a bit of a hum since it arrived. I purchased a new blend pot to replace it with, which I will include with the purchase.
