Back from tour, and once again this guy is up on the chopping block. Unbelievable sounding and feeling bass, I just don't play fretless nor do I play 4 string these days so it unfortunately sits around collecting dust. The body, bridge, and pickup are not original, but I had Lindy Fralin custom make me a '69 spec P-bass pickup with a 5% overwind for more fatness. Sounds incredible. The neck and tuners ARE original and were scooped up from a guy who was parting and selling his custom P-bass from '69. It was a color I had never seen before and the nut width is definitely an "A" like a jazz bass (1.5") yet features an original late 60's P-bass logo on the headstock. Bass is extremely light too! I know the economy sucks so I'm willing to take

Please no silly lowball offers since the neck alone is worth about what I'm asking for the whole bass, and I'm really not looking for any gear at this point but you're more than welcome to run any trades by me obviously excluding fretless and 4 string basses!
