RARE-MUSICMAN STINGRAY 4ST-NOT PLAYED IN 15YRS-N.MT-ROCK BOTTOM $1175.00-DONT WAIT...
VERY RARE-MUSICMAN STINGRAY 4ST-NOT PLAYED IN 15YRS-ARTIST OWNED-GIVEAWAY PRICE-N.MT!
THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL,RARE STINGRAY THAT I HAVE KNOCKED THE BOTTOM OUT OF THE PRICE YET AGAIN TO WHAT MOST WOULD CONSIDER AN "INSANE" LOW PRICE! THE FIRST $1175.00 STEALS THIS BEAUTY! "I WILL NOT LOWER ANY LOWER!!! YOU BETTER NOT THINK ABOUT THIS ONE TO LONG,OR AT THIS PRICE,IT'LL BE GONE!!!This bass is all original. It has got to be one of the cleanest if not the cleanest stingrays of its time you will ever see. Its in incredibly fantastic condition. I am the 2nd owner. It hasn't been played in over 15 yrs. I'm to understand the 1st owner was & still is an incredible artist/bassist who has been playing/touring for gospel great artist "Wendy Bagwell". I called AJ who is over the bass dept at the ErnieBall Corp to verify all information I had on this beauty. AJ confirmed all I already knew to be true. I gave him the ser# that was ingraved in the bridge, plus I sent him detailed photos including the ser#,neck/body pocket stamps,etc..AJ confirmed it an all natural,3-band pre-amp,4st,maple fretboard stingray that was produced at the end of 86 beginning of 87. The neck pocket & end of the neck both are stamped "87". He said it was one of the very first stingrays that "ErnieBall" produced after taking over from "Musicman" which to some, would consider it a transitional piece & once again to some, making it considerably more valuble. This beauty truly has more birdseye than I have ever seen on any stingray on both frnt & back of the neck & front & back of the headstock. The truss-rod access is just beyond the nut on the headstock. The headstock has the old style scribe on it like the earlier stingrays. It has "ErnieBall" on the front of headstock as well. It does not read "made in san louis obispo" on the back of the headstock like the later/newer do. Again it has a 3-band eq/preamp,4-bolt square neck plate, large massive bridge with foam string mutes that look like the day they came from the factory. The action is very low with no buzz. The neck is good & straight with the frets looking almost new to me. This awesome bass is a slap/tone monster. Various owners, players, fans, collectors & dealers have all looked at this piece & have agreed that its value due to what it is,its condition etc..should be somewhere over the $2K range. After doing considerable research,I agree BUT...I'm blowing this awesome bass out of the water at an incredibly LOW price...$1175.00 plus shipping will buy it. The value of this bass is well over $2K. I have lowered its price about every other day with the mission in mind to sell fast. Everyone reaches their limit. This is it!!!I will keep it if I don't sell at this price. If your looking at this, you know this price is incredible. I recently got off tour with an artist out of Nashville that some may or may not know,so again,I can provide references. You may call me anytime 24/7 as late as needed. I'm usually up till around4-4:30(musician hours). Should you call(call me at 423-847-5611) & get no answer, please leave a message & i'll call you back asap.
