Rare Roscoe SKB 3005 34" scale 19mm spacing

Sign in to disble this ad
SOLD

Roscoe SKB 3005
Built in 2008
Koa top
Ash body
Cocobolo fingerboard
Bartolini pre amp & pups
34" scale
19 mm string spacing
Roscoe hardshell case

This bass sounds great, plays great and is in excellent condition. No scratches or dings. The wider string spacing and 34"scale length give this bass more of a Fender/Sadowsky feel than the traditional Roscoe. The tone is still all Roscoe and the B string is as good as any I've heard on 35" scale basses.

Wow! Great price on a nice and rare Roscoe.

Now the TB'ers that say they would like a Roscoe but "if only if was a 34 scale with the wider spacing" won't have an excuse!

They know who they are .......

Bump for a very nice bass and a great TB'er!

......I've played this one and it plays and sounds very good!

I can vouch for this one as it used to be mine. Best roscoe neck you can order in my opinion, plays like butter. With the bart package it gets the warm p bass on steroids tone. Would have kept it if I didnt have a century with the same neck but 60's jazz pickup spacing.

Good! Plays great and has a unique throaty cut that none of my other basses have. Not an every gig kind of bass but a good one to have in the stable!

Why didn't this get listed a month ago??? Arg!!! I so want, but now I'm too deep in the hole.

It'd be the perfect Roscoe for me (34" 19mm)

I felt the same way about that Sadowsky M-24..But this Roscoe IS an every gig kind of bass.. very versatile!

The aforementioned Roscoe or the nice girl in your avatar? Sadly, I fear I can't afford either...

I know. I'm just trying to tell myself I don't need a $2,000 bass. My cheap old Yamaha is covering my gigs just fine. It's so hard to be responsible.

Any sound clips? Curious about the wood combo a this seems to make a big difference especially with Roscoe basses,
