RE-LIST!!!! 88 Warwick Streamer- PRICE DROP!!!

Sign in to disble this ad
MAKE OFFER!!!!!!

88 Streamer.
Rare in the fact that it wenge/bubinga neckthru with wenge fingerboard and factory poly red finish.

This was before there were Stage I and Stage II Streamers. It was just a Streamer.
Serial # 16XX

All stock ('cept new Dunlop strap-lock just installed).
EMG PJ p/ups & electronics.

IMO crushes a Spector tone wise.
And the new Streamers don't come close.

It's a players bass. Not mint. But I'm yet to have seen more than 2 or 3 like this pop up in all my time on TB.
Plays like a freakin' dream.

Was $1650 +shipping. NOW $1500!!!!Sorry, Con US only unless you add a few hundred $$ on for the extra shipping.
I like postal money orders....or e-check....if you get my meaning....

Trades you ask??
Anyone have a Bongo 6 they want to trade???!? Warwick Thumb 6????
6 STRING
Sadowsky Metro 4/5
Valenti 4/5
6 String
MM SR5 +$$
Fender AM DLX/STD Jazz (or AM P5) +$$$ (I'm not a fan of sunburst BTW)
Others?

Fodera Matt Garrison 5............(I can dream can't I?!?!!!)
(The Thumb is sold BTW)

Ollie give it two paws up!

(Come on...had to put the one with my dog in here!! )

LOL!!
No, Ollie isn't for sale!
He's about a year old now, we "rescued" him.
He's a shih tzu/ dachshund mix.
A dach-tzu or shists-hund. I like the second name better myself!

The nice thing about Streamers is they make you look slimmer. The curved body sits on my gut and you don't notice it. So you look thinner!

Here I was upset it was sold, and then I read some Spector jab from a n00b who doesn't even own a real Spector, and I lose all interest.

Epic bass man. If I can move my MTD in time, I will pick this up and prolly another Spector too. You can't beat these old models anymore with a stick.

I'm pretty sure that is a Streamer Stage I bass. They didn't advertise it on the truss rod cover back then but the Stage I replaced the plain Streamer in 1987. Doesn't really matter, it's a fab bass not matter what name you give it.

You can ask for details about the bass by sending an e-mail to support@warwick.de with pictures of the front and back and the open electronics compartment along with the serial number. They will confirm the exact model and the woods used.

$1500 is a steal for this bass! I have seen asking prices up to $3000 for these, and those weren't a rare color like this one.
