Rebel Relic '62 Jazz Bass. SOLD!

Sign in to disble this ad
Olympic white Rebel Relic 62-J Bass, a perfect handmade boutique sixties inspired Jazz Bass from Holland.
Ultra light weight: Only 7,9 lbs!
Very low action without any buzzs, same condition as the day was done without any issue at all and a tone - believe me- to die for.
Boutique construction, the better woods, nitro finish, handwound pickups and genuine vintage Fender hardware.

It's the one pictured and featured in their homepage:
RebelRelic Vintage Style Relic Guitars

Comes just now with the correct 1962 logo instead of the Rebel Relic one, a pro work that looks perfect:

I have been the owner of a couple of original 60's Fender Jazz and '64 Custom Shop basses and I can assure you this bass is at least so nice as any of them, my sincere promise.
Sounds terrific with a warm, round, deep, punchy tone. You don't need to believe in my words, just listen this homemade video demo of this particular bass:

http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v472/jav...sRebelRelic.mp4

Furthermore the tone, the feel is superb and is so lightweight that is a pleasure to play for hours.
I'd like to hold it for my personal use forever but I was gasing till death for a 4 strings Classic Stingray that I just ordered so need the money to pay for it.

EDIT: Now sold.

bumpe for a nice looking and souding bass, some great playing on the demo, and very cute kids who snuck into the video! I love it. My 3 year old put his foot on my AV '62 Jazz last night, glad I caught him before he put his full weight on it!

I forgot to mention: Not only the sound and feel but for sure it has the same measurements, scale, type of frets, pickups resistance, etc than a Jazz Bass of that era.
It's for sale locally already, so now it's your time to grab it.

Hi buddy,
Not cheap I guess. About 350 - 400 through Fedex or UPS with the hardcase to the States, without it we can set the neck off and use the Postal Service so it will much cheaper.
If you have a friend or relative in Europe the quote is less than half.

Only to the end of this week:

You will only need to pay with the bass a help of $150 for the shipping cost through FedEX and I will cover the remaining balance of the quote to the States!

This includes insurance and the hardcase of course.
Don't pass by this bargain before comes to my senses!
