Unkown to me on my last list the original owner said that the Macassar Ebony top had moved a bit,He took it back to Mike and it was taking care of,Mike said there would not be a problem with the top in the future.Does not effect the playability of the bass.I did not even notice the repair until it was mentioned to me by the original owner from the last FT thread. The repair is between the bridge and the rear PU.
Here are the specs.
535-24
World Logo
Mac Ebony top
Black Limba body
Wenge neck and Board
Custom knobs by David King
MTD Brown HSC
This a beautiful bass all around,Bass is in excellent condition,Very low action,Great playing and sounding bass.Looking for a Smith BT 5 or 6GN or BSR 5 or 6GN, I`ll throw some cash in on my end for the right Elite model.May also be interested in a Jerzy Drozd Excellencey 5 w/dark top!
