"Like New" - except - very slight player wear on pick guard (not much to see), and, yours truly put a slight screw driver nick in the pick guard above the middle pick up. See photos. It's quite minor but I really I hate that I did that!
Comes with really nice Godin gig bag. Wearing broken in nickels - broken in but very much alive.
I am an expert packer/shipper (despite the above mishap).

Remove corrosion from bridge saddles and screws
Install foil shielding on bottom of pick guard control area.
Install shield (copper foil under pickup and in control cavity)
Clean pots jack with Caig de-oxit gold
Install Seymour Duncan SPB-1 pickup
Recut nut
Adjust action
Adjust pickup
Strobe intonation
