Reverend Rumblefish 4string, JJ, maple fb, gold on aged white, maple board, speed knobs, crack on lower bout rear (7+/10).
Has a beautiful mable-boarded one-piece neck (it appears fretboard and neck are the same piece of wood), and it's an earlier neck with the "skunk stripe", signed JFN, #01063.

Small crack isn't structural, and the 2 small pieces described by the crack are not loose and don't move when pushed on. easy fix, and not visible when playing. Except for the small crack and a bit of yellowing on the sides, this bass is in excellent condition. It would be a 9/10 except for that blemish.

That's about the best price I've seen on a fish (with the OHSC) in a long time. Maple board, too!!

the way i figure, $15 in knobs from Stewmac, some flats (has rounds on it now. eh.) and a few minutes application of gorilla glue, liquid nails, etc., in the crack seam, and this will be a good cheap player to get someone hooked on Reverends
