Rickenbacker 4001V63 Turquoise (2002)
While preparing my book over the last eight years or so, I accumulated quite a few Rickenbacker basses. I'm no longer an active player, and I'd like to see the collection distributed to folks who want/need/appreciate a good Rick!
This is one of perhaps as few as three 4001V63s done in Rick's gorgeous metallic blue-green -- Turquoise! I bought this one "used" from Steve Wood (Mr. Sea Green!) in August 2009. In near-mint condition, I gigged with it once and it sounded great! Many players will agree that the tone of the reissued Toaster and Horseshoe pickups is wonderful. Very unusual model/color combination as RIC played with a few non-standard shades on the V63 in the last year or so of production. Now's your chance to scoop up this rarity.
Price is firm at $2950 with case (plus shipping). No trades, no lower offers.

Wow, what a rarity. I had the 4003 in this finish, it's stunning, pics don't do it justice. GLWTS

Awesome bass! Would look especially good under a turquoise Christmas Tree!

Bump. Another one that will look great under the Christmas tree!

That looks awesome, but sadly I already bought a fireglo.
Bump for the awesome color of the finish, though.
