The "twist" looks like it might be an optical illusion created by the nut and the angle of the shot. More pics are needed.

On the other hand it may very well be an excellent player in spite of that. Beautiful bass

I'm just looking for clarification, since I've had basses w/ twisted necks, one of which neither I nor the previous owner even noticed during regular playing.
