Rickenfacker Rickenbacker clone

This is a gorgeous and very well made Ric copy that I bought recently here on TB. The truss rod works fine and there are no issues with the neck or anything else. I got compliments on it when I played it. The tone is excellent. My Eden amp has gone on the blink and I have to buy another amp. I've also figured out that I'm a full-time 5 string guy, and this is a 4. The pics are from the previous owner with the exception of the tiny nick on the neck which I can't feel when playing it.

$400 shipped to CONUS only, and I will ship to Canada if the buyer pays any extra fees incurred.

As another committed 5-string player, I feel your pain whenever I see a see a gorgeous 4-stringer like this. However I know anytime I play it I'd be cussing the lack of that extra bottom string and can't live without the G string also.

Yeah, I kept thinking that I could flip-flop between 4s & 5s, but it's like one of your fingers or body parts are missing when the 5th is not there. It's almost like a teddy bear or pacifier.

I'm not sure of the brand. There's not any markings that would tell me. Sorry.

What type of strings does this puppy have? Does it come with a HSC, gigbag, or nothing at all?

It's currently strung with roundwounds, but I'm not sure what brand they are. I was going to ship it as I got it (in box with fitted styrofoam), without a case or gigbag, but I think I could round up a gig bag for it.

is it stereo-capable, or just mono? i might be interested either way, but i'm just curious. from first glance, it looks like one of those chinese copies from sites like alibaba.com, no?
