What I do know. It has 2 Vol pots and 1 tone pot. It has factory K&M passive pickups installed, with a 32" Short Scale neck with a 24 fret rosewood fingerboard. Spector style headstock with Gotoh tuners. Everything works on bass as it should, including truss rod. One note: someone at some point installed to non OEM saddle height screws. There is no Allen or screw cut to adjust. I always have just flipped the saddle and adjust by hand.
It currently has flatwounds installed and have some life left on them. I can try to answer questions, but as you can see she is a rather rare or unique bass. I also have what I believe to be the original HSC, which is in decent shape.
Asking 399.00 shipped CONUS

So I would say it's a safe assumption this isn't a "lawsuit" bass. But...how does it sound? Can you post any YouTube demos or recordings using it? How does it hold lower tunings?

I am negotiable on asking price. I just have no idea where to start on this one. The Riverhead Club doesn't seem to check their forum often enough for help. Thanks.
