Rob Allen MB-2

Up on the block is my Rob Allen MB-2. It is in excellent condition, I've looked it over and can't find any blemishes or marks on this bass to speak of.

4 string
Ash Body
Figured Walnut top (correct me if I'm wrong, I'm not 100% sure)
Ivoriod Binding
Piezo pickup in the bridge with volume control
*Extra Option- Thumb rest (comes in very handy when playing on the E string)
Comes with the sweet snakeskin Rob Allen case!

Not much else to say.

$1850 $1775 $1725 shipped

None, the skin looks much better on the reptile.

;-)

I think you need to just add it to your stable and have your wife pick it up on her way to offutt. Or better yet, steal the schmaus Roscoe and then trade with me.

Just the bass I need for my jazz gigs - and I just sold my Roscoe. Is it coincidence? Let me crunch some numbers and I'll PM you.

This is exactly why I bought it. I used it where the upright couldn't fit, or the load in was too far.

I can't commit until Friday. I am switching banks, getting my first check of the year, etc. so I need to see how everything sits, but if things look good Thursday, I'll get in touch with you Friday - if it's still around.

Are you still at Offutt, or have you moved on?

Oh, cool! Hope you enjoyed the trip! It's always a great tour in the Sendai area. Kikuchi-san is the coolest...
