Bump for a very nice Roscoe! Very similar to my Century 5 except for that very nice wedge neck (on your signature). Also, no big deal but Roscoe considers that a 5 piece neck.

Good luck with the sale/trade!

You know I will have to check the letter from Roscoe on that one. I copied and pasted the specs from the post I bought it from. I will update later tonight. Thanks for looking!

Ok, straight from Keith Roscoe himself:

"This bass has an exhibition quilt maple top with Spanish Cedar body, and antique yellow finish. The neck is a maple with a Cocobolo center lamination, Chechen stringers and maple and cherry accent laminations. The fingerboard is exhibition Cocobolo."

So I guess if I was to add up all the pieces I count 9. I am open to thoughts on my count.

True, but Roscoe doesn't count stringers. You've got a 5 piece neck there.

I stand corrected on Roscoe's position on this matter, however, my math stands...

I own an SKB 3005 with similar woods but a purpleheart fingerboard and a Bartolini preamp. It just kills. I've owned a lot of expensive basses and if I could keep only one, it would be the Roscoe.

Bump for a GREAT bass. If you have not tried a Roscoe, you will be amazed. Buy this beauty!

"535 Dennis Rodman"? Am I the only one who noticed that?

That's correct. Ours has a one piece body. Does not have a deluxe top. Thanks!

OK, forgive my ignorance, but what does BUMP mean? I keep seeing people saying that but does it stand for something in particular? Just curious....

Bumping is the way you put a thread back to the top of the list. The most recent post goes to the top. So if you post something to someone's thread it goes to the top. That gets a post noticed more. That is why there are rules on self bumping.

Hey, but thanks for the bump!
