This bass is virtually flawless, I could not find any dents or scratches. I just got it, and stupidly did not consider that the string spacing would be an issue.
It is for me, this has 18mm spacing, which is preferred by most from what i have read, but it is too wide for my small hands.
The barts are nice sounding. Normally I am not a big user of the active stuff, I generally keep things on the center dent. But this one has a really cool sound that captures the modern but woody sound in my head when I pull the mid knob. Amazing bass.

Trust me, if I could handle 18mm spacing, this would be the last bass I would sell. I seem to have adapted a 6 string picking style from my classical guitar days. It works on my 15mm spaced six string bass without issues. After about ten hours of playing on this bad boy I am in a whole lot of pain.

Well, lessee....
$500 initial dog cost (purebread Chesapeake Bay Retriever)
$150 in training
$650 in rattlesnake bite vaccine at the vet
$50 in Shampoo, baking soda and peroxide (she figured out that skunks are bad news after only 15 times)
$800 in dog food over the 9 years
$400 (so far) in arthritis meds
You might get off cheaper with the bass
After 9 years she finally does not insist on 1.5-2.0 hours of exersize every day, so you luck out there.
