If that had 60's pickup spacing, we'd be tradin' some Sadowsky's...

That's a bloody lovely bass Why's it more expensive north of the border when our dollar's worth more? Is the shipping in Canada really that much more?

EDIT:

Yes, yes it is. I just had two sales fall through on my FS because of it. Nevermind...

I live in NY and am only occasionally in CAN. The 150 is for my added hassle. And BTW, shipping in CAN is about double what it is in the US IME. It can be picked up in Mtl without the extra 150 charge if you like.

Available outside of N. Am. ONLY if paid by international money order in US funds. I will forward tracking number and ship exquisitely packed and insured, but assume no responsibility for the package after it's shipped.

Bump for the fact that I just noticed I broke the rules (like a dolt) by questioning a seller's pricing on the thread instead of PMing. *and* for doing it before checking on my facts. For what it's worth, at the time I thought I'd be able to swing something and buy it. I wasn't just being a jerk for its own sake.

Yikes ... You have TWO beautiful bases for sale (this one and the Basslab super-lightweight all- hollow 5-er). Why am I not independently wealthy?

Yes, they are beauties, when 1 goes the other may no longer be available. I anticipate moving to smaller digs and would like to shed some stuff......even if it is spectacular stuff.

Thanks. Too much taste and not nearly enough chops

I've had the pleasure of seeing this bass up close and, although I'm not a big fan of exotic tops, this is one the most stunning and beautiful examples I've seen!
A cliché but the pics don't do it justice, trust me!
I also had the good fortune to try it out
and the fit, finish and feel is amazing.
Bump for a gentleman TB'er and an awesome instrument.

This is one beautiful bass. You mention the weight and the nut width, what are the other metrics; scale, string spacing at saddles, etc. Thanks.

Rectangular softcase, NOT the portabag.
