Sadowsky Metro MV-5 $2000.00

Sign in to disble this ad
Trans White w/maple board and tortoiseshell guard.... It has single coil pickups installed along with the vintage tone control which has been re-wired to work in the standard mode.. The back of the neck was also sanded down slightly at the Sadowsky shop.. The Trans White finish is gorgeous and theres some nice figuring on the back of the maple neck... The bass also comes with an white pickguard and a set of the hum cancelling pickups as well.. It will ship in a Sadowsky soft hardshell case.. Not sure of the weight, but I would definately say that it's under 9 lbs.. It plays like butter and sounds great...
I love this bass, but we had a recent family crisis last week and somethings need to be taken care of.. I also have a Nordy on order that should be due in a few weeks and can't keep this in the current situation.. Asking $2000.00 and that will include shipping the U.S. only.. I'll post some pics later today.. P.M. me with any questions... thanx..

Heres some pics... There is a nick and a mark near the input jack.. The mark maybe where someone may have tried to fix it.. I have a pic of it and hopefully it will show... Also the figuring on the neck is not as strong as I thought..

Yes, this is the infamous Pearl. I had the pleasure of buying her from tommixx and got tons and tons of compliments on its looks and tone. So, when I say it's a great Sadowsky, it's because I know firsthand.

I can't believe this one's still available. If the extra grand (aka 1000 One Dollar Bills) that I need, fell out of the sky and into my lap, I'd be a happy camper and all over this.

Didn't expect to see this one on the block so soon! I put this MV5 and a 1999 NYC ash/ maple JJ5 up last month and said that I was keeping one. The MV5 sold first. Someone will get a beautiful trans just under 9lbs with SC's to boot Sorry you have to sell that one Steve its an awesome bass
