A fellow TB member asked me about dead spots on the G-string, so I am posting a clip: open G all the way up to the 15th fret.

Really dead roundwound strings, preamp flat, pickup selector 3/4 of the way towards the bridge pickup.

I am also reluctant to take PayPal from the US because of the lousy exchange rate that they give. Boo, eBay Corporation.

Thought all Sadowsky fingerboards were either Rosewood or maple. You don't have a choice until you go with their NYC models.

Alder body with Rosewood board OR Ash body with Maple boards only.

I am fairly certain this is not Indian Rosewood. There is no open grain and the colour is wrong (brown with an olive tinge to it).

I have a pau ferro-fingerboard Warmoth and owned a Fender Roscoe Beck V, too. I'm pretty sure this is the same wood as those.

The serial # is in the 900s, so it is an older moder, FWIW.
