What's the condition of the bass?

Thanks, one of the best I've seen recently.

Lots of interest for this bass; thanks everyone for your offers. Keep em coming...

Located in Columbus, Ohio. The bass is in great condition. I really "baby" all of my basses and this one is no exception. The bass still contains the sticker lining on the back. All the original paperwork and the case is included.

How would you describe the sound of the Nordstrand Big Singles?

Sadowsky Tone

The Sadowsky Modern is very growly with a lot of bottom end, but the bass is very versatile. The VTC is awesome and allows for the changing of the tone from vintage to modern (it is very cool). The tone is between a classic Sadowsky J bass and a Ken Smith. My Ken Smith is very burpy with great mids. The Sadowsky Modern is not nearly as burpy and seems to the lower end seems to have a bit more color than the Ken Smith.

For the record, I am now considering keeping this bass. So, if anyone is interested, let me know soon.

Whew... looked at that one way too hard a year ago - looks like I missed this surfacing.

How does the tone compare with your Smith?
