I'll try to snap some pics over the weekend, but for now here are the website pic and the deets. Flame myrtle top over swamp ash, dark cherry sunburst, 7.95 lbs, 1 7/8, brand new condition. Killer player of course. The top is gorgeous. One thing that surprised me was how deep and 3D the flame is. The website shot doesn't seem to really capture that.
$3500 shipped in conus. Portabag included. Only selling to buy another Sad 5791

That Kevin sure does absolutely beautiful work.

One thing about the color on this bass, it is *very* reactive to light. I've had that bass onstage and it looked just like my flash photos. At the same time, in some situations it can look really dark, darker than Kevin's photo, almost like a tobacco burst. I don't know if all of Roger's bursts are like that, but this one is very chameleon-like in that regard. And the depth and flicker... you can lose yourself in it

/rick | I believe that is called "chatoyance".
Chatoyance - A changeable color or luster. Wood appears to shimmer when moved.
I had a myrtle topped Zon that was like that. Man did I get compliments on the looks of that bass. Your bass is going to be really unique compared to most other wood tops. Are you really sure that you want to let it go?

Now if it doesn't work tonally for what music you are playing then that is a different story. Not that I've ever sold a bass for that reason But I am a different story all together.
I just can't imagine that someone hasn't snapped this up before you come to your senses.
