Sadowsky UV70MW5

Sign in to disble this ad
Slight DROP in price ... baby steps ...( FYI , for what it's worth i've already turned down $2k shipped. )

Hi ; i've had Jerry's / Vroom Sadowsky since last year .

nothing has changed .. sadly it just sits here ..
i love it , plays great , sounds great .. but i have officially decided to retire from playing out , and i'm scaling back on everything to get down to a very small 1 keyboard studio setup ...

here's a link to Jerry's original ad which explains everything better than i ever could .. !!

http://www.talkbass.com/forum/f126/fs-sadowsky-metro-uv70mw5-$2-300-a-640833/

********** Price ... a little less than i paid for it .. $2,150 shipped .. ************

lower 48 USA only ... whatever payment type .. paypal ..
whatever ... ? anything else just needs to clear my bank b4 shipping .. you can check my Ebay history .. dacuck ..
still at 100% over 10 years ...

if that link doesn't work , i just searched UV70MW5 and found it .. ! or i can try to copy and paste the info here ..
but i'm new at that stuff here ... and i'm old and not real computer friendly .. !

thanks .. ! Dave C. Tampa Bay

i'd be open to some kinda of trades in the $500-1000 range ..
leaving the 1,200 - 1,700 cash plus ...

prefer 5 , but maybe 4 stringer w/drop tuner ...

i have a 79 Pbass ... so that style is covered ... but i do find the newer Fender Deluxe 22 fret (?) P/J interesting ..
especially with the active/passive switch ... with something like that i could then sell my current Pbass also ...

but shoot just about any 34" scale basses at me ... would like 22 - 24 frets ... a Fender 24 would work , 4 or 5 string ..
or something similar ...

no problem with things like Ibanez Prestige series 4-5 ers ..

well thought out mods are OK ...

thanks for looking .. !!

Dave C . ( already old and in Florida , so retiring is OK .! )

Hey, I remember this bass!

Loved it, still miss it. I've tried my hand at two since, but neither have sounded as good as this one. Or honestly, look as cool. The trans white and pearl blocks combo is subtle, yet really attractive.

Good luck with the transaction.

any interest in an old Roland G88 w/ the GR33B synth. Also the 24 pin cable and original hardshell case and most of the original manual. I am its second owner.

trades to consider ...

i'd be open to some kinda of trades in the $500-1000 range ..
leaving the 1,200 - 1,700 cash plus ...

Mostly would prefer 5 strings , ... but maybe 4 stringer w/drop tuner ...!

basses with 22-24 frets .. i do miss those last few frets with my current basses ... spent to many dacades playing with 24 .. !

it would need a case harder than a gig bag .. for shipping ..

hope that might help narrow things down ...
thanks for the trade offer thus far .. !!

Dave C.
