Sadowsky UVRW5 Lake Placid Blue!!!

Sign in to disble this ad
Love love LOVE this bass but think that a smaller-bodied maple-necked MV5 would suit my playing style better. These basses just nail that 70's Marcus-Miller style slap tone, and IME have a much more punchy bridge pickup tone than do the basses with 60's pickup spacing. Bass is in excellent condition (more pics to come), and will ship with a Sadowsky lightweight HSC and a set of Schaller straplocks that came with the bass.

NO TRADES CONSIDERED!!! Got to pay Roger and Co for the MV5 I"ve reserved.

$2100 SHIPPED CONTL US ONLY. FIRM.

Here's a link to the previous buyer's FS thread

Sadowsky UV70-RW5 Ultra Vintage 5 LPB/Tort/Blocks!

And some pics

More pics and soundclips to come!!! Thanks for looking!!!

One more thing: the NYC PJ5 in the above pics is NOT FOR SALE!!!!!

Dude, you have the nicest basses! Good luck with the sale on this one. I'll be surprised if it doesn't go on the first day!

Thank ya!!!! I"ve got NO room to complain or have GAS at this point. The only task at hand is to resist the urge to have several more of Roger's basses in my stable. A mahogany/ebony M5-24, a fretless version of the same, another PJ5 in ash/maple.......I should seek therapy....really.

The bass is just in immaculate condition. Neck is straight, frets are in perfect shape. I've got a good medium/low setup on this with virtually no fretbuzz.
