Smile For Sale: 2011 Fender American Deluxe Jazz Bass

Sign in to disble this ad
Up for sale is an almost brand new 2011 Fender American Deluxe Jazz Bass. I bought it about a month ago for 1599.99, but I am willing to let it go for 1100.00. Comes with hard shell fender flight case. It is in mint condition. The only reason I am parting with this bass is because I am looking for a passive Jazz Bass. This is a beautiful instrument. Fender has done a great job combining today's technology with the look and feel of 70's era basses. here are some specs from the fender website...

*New N3 Noiseless Pickups, Improved electronics resulting in increased headroom, tighter low-end response, Active/passive toggle switch, Passive tone control for passive mode, Strong-Arm™ string retainer, HMV bridge, Genuine bone nut, Tinted neck, Posiflex™ Graphite Neck Support Rods, 5-Bolt Neck Plate, Contoured Heel for Easier Access to Upper Frets, Rolled Fingerboard Edges, Highly Detailed Nut and Fret Work, Flat head screws on battery compartment (for easy changes with a coin or pick), Black pearl (or white pearloid) dot inlays, Neck binding*

Shipping to the USA only!

Curious, why not just flip the mini-switch to passive instead of selling it?

Looking for something fully passive. I have my eye on a Fender Custom Shop at my local dealer. Just looking for something different.

Also willing to accept trade offers for items of the same value. Will to put cash towards something on the higher end as well. Looking for completely passive electronics. Fender 75 reissue jbass, anything 70s fender, send the trade offers and i will consider them and let you know asap. This bass is only a month old and very hard to to find. Sold out and on back order most places.
