Here's a link to some pictures of the bass on a T/B thread from Gard @ Roscoe Guitars
6230

I won this bass on an online auction - After receiving it I tuned & played it for about 1hr. to check it out.

This bass does everything right! It's nicely balanced & lightweight. Plays well all over the fretboard, has very versatile sound/tone settings by adjusting the controls. Nice low action & intonated well.

I'm a confirmed Roscoehead, these are GREAT BASSES, I'm coming to really like the LG body and unique sound of the tilted pickups...

So why sell it? I guess I prefer a "heavier" body wood like Mahogany,(my SKB-3005 w/Mahogany body gets the most play), I'm sure I'll find the perfect LG for me somewhere - who knows maybe I'll sell another bass, save my pennies, and place a custom order with Roscoe, that would be a dream come true for me!

In the meantime, I'll make someone else's dream come true

A BRAND NEW Custom Roscoe LG-3005 for the price of a used one!!!!

~Cheers~

Possible Trade?

My first thought was to sell this bass outright, but it seems there are so many good trades popping up here and money is so tight, SO........

I'm open to considering a possible trade +/- cash for the right deal.

I am open to 5 & 6 string basses ONLY!!!!

~~Sorry no 4 strings!~~

I'll consider Fretless basses too

FWIW, this bass sorely tempted me. I almost kept it for myself, seriously. I really dig the look of it, it played fabulously, and sounded killer.

I'm just not comfortable with the LG body, I'm a confirmed Century guy - if it'd been a Century, that bass would never have left Greensboro.

Someone love this bass, it deserves it!

PM replied, tentative deal in the works for a sale

And of course I just had to go & play this Bass in church this morning -

Our Guest Performance Artist complimented me on such a nice sounding instrument.

Roscoe's sure are hard to part with, I have comfort knowing there will be another one, man, I really like the slanted pickups!
