For Sale: 70s Reissue Fender Jazz Bass - Sunburst - Mint

Sign in to disble this ad
$525 SHIPPED - to the CONUS - PRICE DROP!!!

I got this bass in a trade, but I don't need another jazz bass. This beautiful Mexican-made Fender is in mint condition, just as if you would've walked it and bought it from the store. But you would be saving $300 if you buy it from me.
Here is the link from musician's friend:
Fender '70s Jazz Bass: Shop Bass & Other Musical Instruments | Musician's Friend
And here is the info from Fender:
FenderŪ Products

The classic Fender funkster is back!
The Fender '70s Jazz Bass captures the essence of the decade with striking cosmetics and a bright, full sound. The original '70s Jazz Bass had a repositioned bridge pickup--moved closer to the bridge--and the flashier look of big block inlays, neck binding, and bullet truss rod. The offset waist and ultra-slim neck make the '70 Jazz Bass more comfortable to play.

Vintage-style alnico magnet Jazz Bass single-coil pickups make this Fender bass sound like its forebears. The originals were widely regarded as the best funk basses of all time, and this new Fender reissue makes a great '70s classic bass guitar available to today's bassists.

Some very interesting trade offers, but still available.
As for case, I have a very nice tweed hardshell case that I could include, but I would have to charge an additional $80, only because the shipping costs skyrocket with the additional weight of a case.
I will ship in guitar box so it will arrive safely. PayPal preferred.

Yes, still available.
I've had some very cool trade offers, but really I'm more interested in selling. I would probably only consider a trade for a cool hollowbody bass.
I should also mention this Jazz also comes with Dunlop strap locks.

I have one of these. Its tone gets as much playing time and compliments as my custom shop jazz. Free bump.
