I'm selling my Alleva Coppolo LM5 Limited Edition bass.
Specs:
One piece ash body
One piece maple neck and fingerboard with blocks and binding
Laser engraved Alleva Coppolo logo on the headstock
Color: Transparent Red
Badass V bridge
Black pickguard
Alleva Coppolo pickups
Alleva Coppolo 2 band preamp
Gig bag included
Weight: 9.5 lbs
The clear ramp on the bass is removable and attached through the 2 screws from the pickguard. No extra holes were drilled.
The bass is in brand new condition made for me on January 2011 for Winter NAMM 2011.
PRICE: $4500 + shipping. No trades, I need the $$. The bass sounds awesome just like any other LM5 that Jimmy's made.

It came to me with Black Diamond nickels on it and I'm really into them now....I currently have Jimmy's 45-130 nickels on there but I would love to check out the black coated ones....40-120 is my gauge too! I've played this bass a few times and its a lively ,punchy big sounding bass! Plus Miko had ( as always) the action down to where few mortals can go..which is a testament to the integrity of the neck

Jimmy originally made it from Jerry Barnes. I think he played it at some shows but I don't think he ended up getting the bass. |

I think he played it at some shows but I don't think he ended up getting the bass. | Cool....good to know....yeah I've been thinking an LG5 may be more my sound too but the RA5 can get really warm and gets the job done beautifully....but I feel you on having too many basses I've got two on here for sale as well! Good luck with the sale man I would love to beat the hell out of that LM for a couple hours!  |
