Off the market

I have three basses I am interested in so I am posting this as a for sale feeler. If it doesn't sell by this Sunday I'm pulling the post. No trade offers please. (Unless you have a sunburst Metro RV5 P/J )

My JB is in excellent condition, no physical or electrical issues whatsoever. Better than showroom condition. I bought it from Cascio Music before they put it on display. I use Gigbags so the case has never left the house.

Weight 10 lbs 4.5 ounces on my very accurate digital shipping scale. About 1/2 pound over average but balances superbly.

$XXXX shipped to the lower 48. PayPal welcome, no extra charge.

PMs replied. Folks the price is negotiable (a little bit) but please don't waste time with a lowball to see if I'll bite. .

A little honesty here. In my opinion...

Though the new preamp/N3 pickup combo on these next-gen Deluxes are quite an improvement over the old model, I am strongly considering a Nordstrand PU/Sadowsky Preamp upgrade. I really, really like this bass a lot but having owned a NPJ4SE equipped Sadowsky Metro HPJ (see avatar), I miss my old tone. I'm realistic though, if I stick 500 to 600 into the upgrade, I'll never get it back in resale. I'm a flipper and I have to take that into consideration.

I have older NYC V5 P/J and two minty Metro RV5's P/Js lined up so if my Deluxe sells, I'm set. If not, I upgrade. I'm not giving this baby away.

Well, she didn't sell and I missed out on two of the basses I was looking at. Looks like this one's gonna become a Fendowsky P/J.
