This is the bass that I swore I'd never sell, it records immaculately, looks classy as hell on stage and is easy on the back. Having owned enumerate, Rickenbacker, Warwick, EBMM and Ken Smith basses this is the one that I always grab for - even over the studio's Sadowsky! Put together by one of the master luthiers at Mandolin on Staten Island. Recently, I sold another bass in an attempt to keep this one because it recorded better - I'm just a fan of that fat P-bass tone. I bought this to be my bass for "rock gigs" and it was perfect, beyond perfect; I've played it in rock, folk, alternative and world beat settings to great success. However I just have to trim down the herd, because of payments, living situations, girlfriend (

) etc.
The specs are as follows, I can post more pics if necessary:
Alder body
Maple neck, rosewood board
Schaller tuners
Vintage-style bridge
Old-style Quarter Pounder p'up
CTS pots
Orange drop tone capacitator
It weighs somewhere between 7-8lbs
Nut width (LOL) is a c*** hair over 1.5"
This is a jazz-style neck on a precision-style body, super comfy!
I love this bass and am not dying sell it so please don't low ball me (that's what she said) and no trades for Mexican Fenders, lolol, thanks. This bass is a gem and any player that has touched it has said the same. I have sound clips, please PM me your email address and I'll email them to you. The license plate on the back is Mr. Rosado's signature. He puts them on all his "masterpiece" basses as his mark, but also because each bass means something to him, just like each of the plates he's collected over his lifetime. Plus, it stops buckle rash and looks great
Looking for $700 OBO
Best,
John
