Not original but a fantastic player's instrument. Modified with Seymour Duncan stacked jazz pickup in bridge position and Aguilar P-bass pickup & Aguilar OBP2 onboard preamp. Active/passive switch and Badass II bridge. Beautiful creamy Olympic White finish with WD tortoise guard. Slab rosewood fretboard with clay dots. Super bass! What's its weight? Also, could you describe the preamp controls, please?

I think it's around 9 pounds, not super light but very comfortable for gigging. There are two concentric knobs - one for individual pickup volume, and the other for bass/treble control. There's also a trap door battery compartment on the back of the bass.
