For Sale: MODIFIED Geddy Lee Jazz Bass

I bought this bass a few months ago last and while I love its looks and tone, I need to send the Geddy on to another lucky bassist (computers for college do not buy themselves unfortunately). You know this bass. Thin neck profile and plays like a dream. There are few, minor scratches on the back of the bass from clothing, but you can only see them if you hold the bass up to alight source and tilt it to the appropriate angle- you'd have to look for them. Other than that, the bass is in superb condition.

Modifications: I replaced the stock pickups with DiMarzio Model J's for the bigger and more aggressive tone and I also replaced the tuners for Hipshot HB2s (they are a tremendous improvement over the stock tuners!). If you want the Geddy's stock tuners I can throw those in, too- you'll just have to remove the Model J's and install them.

I paid $800 for the actual bass, $100 for the tuners, and $110 for the Model J's. I will also include the original white pickguard and gig bag.

Taking that and shipping into account I would be willing to part with this bass for (Price Drop) $750. Paypal would be best. I'm not interested in trades.

Just for review. This includes
1. Geddy Lee Jazz Bass w/ Hipshot HB2 tuners, Dimarzio Model J pickups installled.
2. Stock Geddy Lee Pickups
3. Stock Tuners
4. Gig bag

I'd rather keep the shipping to within the lower 48 states.

Everyone's broke & there's been lots of Geddys FS lately. I'd love one but now is definitely not the time. Hang in there.

Hi, if you have changed your idea I would like to know if you can ship in Italy, and relative shipping costs.
