I don't think I've seen this model. Do you have pics of the headstock? What is the age of the bass? Do you know the weight?

I've been lucky enough to have 2 of these. I bought new in 1999 for 900. The second one I actually found on MusiciansFriend in 2004... I just sold the 2nd one last year to a guy who plays up in Athens, GA. Pretty good bass. I think there were only 150 made, although the only "rare" thing about it is the finish - electronics are very good for the pricepoint. For some reason the 5 string version had a cult-following back in the day. Great bass to own.

I own the 655pb (fiver version). Beautiful bass, TONS of low end and a quick neck. If you are an Ibby kinda person, this is the last SG you will ever buy. Bump for a rare bass at a steal.
