Would someone please validate my belief that I am not a very good fretless player and take this away? Maybe I should amend that to say 'very good bass player!'
This is a Squire Fretless Jaco clone... it sounds good, it plays good. When I got it, the tuners were about useless so I changed them out for MIA tuners from a J Bass. Much better. I also restrung the bass with Rotosound flatwounds. The only issue is 2 chips in the finish that expose the wood one of the front and one on the back of the uper bout. As many will point out, this bass is a great improvement over most recent Squire equipment and I am putting it up at a reasonable price to try out a fretless for yourself. I am including a Fender padded gig bag in the price.
I am asking 200$ for the bass and gigbag, plus actual shipping. I will ship to the lower 48 only and I will accept paypal and postal money orders. I ship through UPS.
The only trades I am looking for at this time is a guitar pod xt, maybe with an FBV floorboard? If anyone is really willing to let loose of a Peavey Wolfgang then I would gather cash or prizes to make a deal worthwhile...
