For Sale or Trade. 2006 LEJ 5
I am looking to get back into 6 strings. In a perfect world, I'd keep the LEJ and buy a BSR6GN. Fun fact, I am not made of money!
This LEJ has served me very well. I changed the preamp to a John East because I was living in a very noisy RF interference area in Iraq; right near "signal hill" in Camp Liberty, Baghdad
. To add insult to injury, all the power in Iraq was "dirty". I couldn't use the venerable LEJ pre and get a noise free signal to the board. After some research I narrowed it down to a few options and went with the John East. I was supposed to replace the pre after the deployment, but I just got used to the sound of the John East.
Alder/Maple/Rosewood. 21 fret, 34" scale. It has been PLEK'd and has the Benevente/LEJ Slimbucker pickups wired 18v to a John East JRetro Deluxe pre. There are 3 pickguards, blue abalone (shown), red tort and black. It comes with a hardcase. In Action!
Looking for 6 strings. No Bongos. Willing to come out of pocket for the right instrument. Carvins OK.
If you have a Ken Smith 6 string, Let's talk.
If you have a Linc Luthier 6 string, Let's talk.

I have a German Warwick Corvette 6 string if you're interested. It has Bartolini pickups and an Aguilar OBP 3 preamp wired to 18 volts, black hardware. Let me know, thanks!

It"s a 1995 or 96 bass. It's German, not made in Korea like the newer ones. It also has the upgraded pickups and preamp, not the cheaper M.E.C. Stuff. Send me your email and ill try to get you some pictures. Please send your info to: firstname.lastname@example.org
. You can check my website. There might be a picture there, I'm not sure; www.anthonyjoyner.com
