For Sale: USA Peavey Cirrus 5

***SOLD***
Up for sale is my Peavey USA Cirrus 5 in peacock blue. I am the original owner. It is in immaculate condition, not a scratch, not a ding, not a dent with VERY few hours of play on it - absolutely NO fret-wear. In fact, the protective plastic is still on the back plate and battery cover. This was my back-up bass (to my Ruby Red USA Cirrus) and I rarely played it. It was recently professionally set up by Jeff at Top Shelf Guitars with a set of DR HighBeams 45-130. Serial # 11056380, Mahagony body, flamed maple top, 5 piece maple/bubinga neck through the body, pau ferro fretboard, gold hardware including Dunlop strap locks and original case in like new condition.

SPECS:

Available in Peacock Blue and Ruby Red
35 inch scale
Neck-thru-body
Pau Ferro fretboard
Maple top - alder body with multi-process hand staining
Gloss finish on body and headstock
2 VFL™ active pickups
Active 3-band EQ with +/- 10 dB boost/cut
Gold hardware
Milled ABM™ multi-adjustable bridge
Graphite reinforced neck with dual expanding truss rod
Case included

String spacing is 17.5 at the nut.

This is a flat-out beautiful bass with exceptional tonal quality and a neck without compare. I hate to see her go, but I recently got my Custom Shop Cirrus 5 and the Ruby Red has become my back-up. You will not find a used one in better condition - It really is like brand new.

Sorry, no trades on this one.

$925 shipped continental US only.

Thanks for looking.

Nice! I've got a similarly spec'd 6'er, and I find it to be more open-sounding than the Redwood 6'er that I had last year. Good luck with the sale.

MAM, very intriguing - perhaps Canada is not out of the question.

For Canada you may have to ship FedEx thought cause of the whole length / girth size thing from USPS cost wise it really isn't that much more $20 to $30. I have done this in the past w a couple of EvilBay sales

Actually USPS Priority Mail International will handle a package that size to Canada & the brokerage charges are WAAYYYY less than UPS or FedEx.

Sunday Evening Bump.

Thanks for the info Genstormbringer and Buck. I've had good luck with shipping and receiving using both FedEx and USPS; I do believe that USPS is indeed less expensive to Canada.

Thanks Buck I do appreciate the correction I will keep that in mind as I do tend to utilize USPS and FedEx the most but given the choice better w USPS
