I got this one not to long ago from Danny R.

It's a great bass but..... wife ....... too many..... blah, blah blah......

Great looking bass, I assume it was a 2nd finish flaw because if you hold it a just the right angle you see the ripple of the quilt..... because it's a real quilt and not a photo-finish.

Dammit! I just grabbed a US Fender Jazz. These are NOT cheap basses. High quality hardware and electronics. Great price. If I had the money, I'd be on this like white on rice!

Thanks DW, Yeah these get lumped in with the new Diamond Series, but these sold for $1000.00 give or take and were a good value at that price. Whoever gets it should be happy.

If you hold it at just the right angle with just the right light there is the ripple of the quilted maple. I can not reproduce it with a camera, which makes me question if it is a trick of the eye. The bass has a really deep quilt.
