Schecter Model T, South Korean, in yellow with black guard.
This has a bit of a story - I got it for my STP tribute, and it was my main bass for a solid 6 months. I had upgraded the tuners and all the electronics (pups, pots, wiring, jack, capacitor, everything) back in January or February, as we were getting our first shows.
I've since built a clone of DeLeo's sunburst Model T, and I no longer really play this one. So, I put the SD pickups back in, and put the original tuners back on. I left the upgraded pots, jack, wiring and capacitor in it. Had to change the knobs, due to the better pots.
So, yes, the flaws. You can see the holes from the old tuners. And when I replaced the pickups the first time, I grabbed pickup screws that were too long and they pimpled the back. Right through the body - dumb, I know. Last, the prior owner had a nut installed that's a little shorter than 1.5", and the string spacing at the low end of the neck is a hair tighter than the average Model T as a result. It never bothered me once, didn't even realize it for several weeks, but if I was looking at this as a potential buyer, I'd want to know about it.
Other than that, this bass rocks - I've owned 3 Model T's and this sounded and played the best of all of them. My clone kicks azz, but at 3-4x the cost of what I'm asking for this, it better.
Comes with a gig bag.
