Schecter Riot 5 Burl Maple Top

Just got this bass in a trade a couple of months ago and it is great but I'm am not sure the string spacing is for me. The tone is killer.
I replaced the EMG HZ soapbars with 40DC and 40J active EMG's and the difference is amazing.

For sale price: $675.00 (Guitar Center price is much higher and you get the HZ pickups)

Thanks Ken. It sounds killer with the 40J and 40DC pickups but I'm not too sure about the string spacing. I would not mind hanging on to this bass I dig the tone so much, just putting feelers out to see what is available.

Man, that's a fantastic price on that bass; I paid almost that much because it was on clearance and it certainly didn't come with those pickups! Great feeling bass, plays great, and I'm pretty sure I'm gonna do the same upgrade :P

Keith,

I had 3 Schecters for sale and they sold real fast!!!! My advice would be to get some more pics up through photobucket. the more the better. there seems to be a cult in here for these bad boys!

Keith - what's the issue with the string spacing? Too tight or too wide? What is it, if you happen to know?

I have been looking for official string spacing specs but I cannot find them. The spacing is a little too narrow for my tastes (similar to a Carvin narrow 5 or some of the Ibanez Soundgear 5's.
