FS/FT - Fodera Monarch standard 4 string

This bass is a beauty! This is a wonderful Fodera Monarch standard. Bolt on, three piece neck with rosewood fb, mahogany body, gold hardware, curly maple top (looks absolutely stunning under stage lights). Bass is in excellent condition (still has the plastic on the rear cover). This is a killer instrument!

I am selling because I have another 4 string Monarch (VW sig) and would like to get a five string.

Sale price is $3200 plus shipping; the only trades considered are high end fivers (plus/minus cash on my end), especially Foderas, Sadowsky NYC's, and F Basses.

Pics will be posted soon. Bass is located near Seattle, locals are welcome to try before you buy.

Wow! Lost of interest on this already! Too bad the fretless Jazz that I have for sale is getting not getting this type of attention :-)

I got a bunch of PM's asking for pics - ETA on pics is around 3:00 West Coast USA time.

Thanks!

All - I got a couple interesting trade options (waiting for pics on some of them) and a few outright purchase offers. I will send pics before I make any decisions, but this bass will most likley be gone before EOD!

Pics

Posting pics.

Forgot to mention in the OP -

Comes with Fodera hardshell case and straplocks (the bass has "internal" straplocks). Also, I just went over this bass - I can't find so much as a mark on it. The only thing that I see is some wear on the bridge (it's a gold bridge and these things tend to happen). Hi res pic of the bridge available on request, but I couldn't get it to show much in the pic. Otherwise it's in excellent condition.

I am not sure if the pre-amp is the Haz-Labs or the Pope. It's a 2-band, bass and treble cut/boost. 18 volt, I posted a pic below.

A word on trades - I am only looking for higher-end five strings. I have a specific Fodera in mind, but would be willing to entertain others, but please keep in mind that I am looking for higher-end basses.

I have already gotten numerous offers on the bass, I'll be making a decision this evening, so if you are interested, please let me know.

Thanks!

I decided to go for a straight sale on this one - I decided that I am going to buy a Fodera fiver.

Sale pending payment. For everyone that PM'ed, I will let you know if the deal falls through.

Thanks!

I am looking at a five string Monarch. I really like the Monarchs, and the fiver just seemed perfect.

And consider the bass sold! Thanks everyone for their interest!

Jeff
