SOLD! Godin A4 fretless semiacoustic "upright tone" w/HSC

Paying off my new Sadowsky by "thinning the herd."

Up for sale is a fretless Godin A4 semiacoustic bass, sometimes called the "Poor man's Rob Allen." It has a great upright-type tone (as distinguished from a Jaco-type fretless tone) and a powerful 3-band L.R. Baggs preamp that allows you to dial in a wide variety of tones. It has mostly cosmetic wear on the ebony fingerboard, and a very comfortable P-bass-type neck. No buzzes or any other neck issues; I'd rate it a 9 out of 10, mostly for minor scuff marks and wear. It's very easy to play, even for a fretless noob like myself. A well-made OHSC is included. I'm just not a fretless guy, and something's gotta go. IIRC, these sell for around $900-1000 new.

SOLD to Sweet River!

Thanks. It's a great bass, but something has to be sold to make room for the Sadowsky I just bought. My wife is an amazing woman of enormous patience, but I should only push it so far . . .

Got any soundclips?

That might just put me over the edge.

I just told my best friend (also a bass player -- he's played it before) from back home that I am selling this, and he jumped right on it.

This bass is SOLD!!!

Thanks, Sweet River!
