I never thought I'd do it, but I am selling my trusty 1995 Stingray. This has been my main bass for so long, but my new Roscoe is now the king. I am the original owner of this bass and am a light player and have NEVER been a slapper. It plays and sound exactly how a Stingray should - great and great. It has a birdseye maple neck that looks and plays great!

Just in the interest of full disclosure, there are a couple minor cosmetic things worth mentioning. The strap used to rub against the body below the bridge when stored. This created a slight, 1-inch line on the paint. It is definitely only on the topcoat and may even be able to be removed. There is also a 1/4" ding on the backside near the jack. Neither of these are visible while playing. They are visible in the pictures. Other than those two, just typical wear you'd find on a 12 year old bass - but no belt buckle rash whatsoever. Nothing affects playability. Neck and frets are in fantastic shape.

I also will include a brand new tort pickguard I just purchased from Terrapin Guitars but never used. Still has the plastic on it. A $50 value.

I am asking $900 firm plus shipping & paypal. I am not interested in any trades. Thanks!

OMG, that's exactly what I want. A white with tort pg, 5-string maple neck StingRay. and I don't have the money. Damn Variax bass that still isn't here.

I actually don't know. I will weigh it on my digital bathroom scale tonight and let you know. Hopefully it is accurate.
