Spector EuroLX -- Black Cherry

$850 OBO

34" scale
Black hardware
Aguilar OBP-2 pre in place of the old Tonepump
Schaller straplocks
OHSC

This one's in decent condition, but has seen some playing time. Sounds amazing. Minor hairline cracking and minor pitting in areas. Nothing that's gotten through the finish. Slight bend in the A-string tuning machine -- it's been like that for 2 years. No issues with tuning. One missing knob.

Great deal, and sort of an emotional sale for me. Hope someone will really love this one.

Am I right in assuming that there is a race to refin a Spector in pink gloss? I was always into the purple Spectors. Pink I would have to see.

That's pretty.

There has really been a nice run of Spectors on TB Classifieds lately, and at more than fair prices. Anyone who's wanted to give a Spector a whirl and hasn't taken advantage really has no excuse.

Good luck with the sale.

Thanks, but I'm trying to reduce how much gear I have. I'm actually selling my Schroeder 610.

I was in C standard and drop Bb for a long time while playing 34" scale P/J Spectors like this one. They hold up well, probably partially because of the sturdiness/stiffness of the necks, and because of how articulate they are. If you use heavier gauge strings, it's worth considering a new nut or getting this one widened. I'm not sure the slots would accommodate much more than a 50-110 set.
