The Spector is still up, I know it priced a little closer to retail but, the finsh and grain look like there photoshopped in real life. Light weight, comfortable, great neck, very loud acoustically, super nice bass

Spector when I want to. | | Join Date: Oct 2005 Location: Holyoke, MA | | | Sorry to goose step into this thread like a Spector-nazi but I believe your NS2A is actually an NS2B. NS2As are more rounded off and have a curved body. Control cover looks different and the tuners differ between the models as well. Still a good bass, just different. Again, sorry to crash the thread. Just wanted to help clarify things.

So what does everybody think?
2B or not 2B that is the question....

This one was probably one that was contracted out to Samick towards the end of Kramer's time. They didn't have the fully contoured body. The other telltale sign is the control layout is slanted instead of straight up and down. It's a nice bass! Quote:

A rare bird, indeed.
