In great shape - hasn't left the house since the brown truck dropped her off. The only noticeable ANYTHING is some schmutz on the cheap hardware.
EDIT: should mention that the previous owner did some work on the nut. A-string slot is a hair on the low side. Can be dealt with via a few extra winds on the tuner, or in a pinch, the "superglue/baking soda" rebuild trick.
